Supplements. The sixth food group for great health is the supplements group.

In a perfect world we wouldn’t need them but they are necessitated by our low-nutrition, high-toxin foods.

Vitamin C, niacin, iodine & B group vitamins top the importance list. Kefir, sauerkraut, krill oil, multi-vitamins and magnesium follow closely.

These six food groups provide low glycaemic energy and metabolic resources for toxin removal, cell integrity, cerebral fuel, and waste removal, and healing of the intestine – the center of all health.

Beware of foods containing preservatives. Preservatives keep foods fresh because they are poisons for microbes. However, they also poison the beneficial microbes in our intestines, thus allowing Candida Albicans to proliferate.
